El Buen Siervo 4a

Every Tuesday evening I teach a discipleship course called el Buen Siervo (the good servant), which is based on Isaiah 42:1-4.  The course is divided into 7 levels, each of which lasts 12 lessons.  This course is required for those who are serving in church ministries.  I taught Level 4a, and in June eleven church members graduated from this level and received their certificates.  This course includes daily homework assignments that each student must complete, and no one can be absent more than two times during each level.

Level 4a teaches how to share the gospel as well as how to teach the biblical message to others.  I am very proud of each member for their diligence in completing the daily homework assignments, which included writing their personal testimony and several sermons/Bible studies.

At the end of the graduation ceremony I prayed for the students, that God would continue to give each one the desire to continue learning for effective service for Him.
